WON’T HE DO IT! Kodak Black sentenced to almost 4 years to Prison

When prayers are answered. Kodak Black has been sentenced to 46 months in prison. Hopefully they keep him.

Though he faced up to 10 years in jail, Kodak Black was sentenced to 46 months in prison on federal weapons charges.

State prosecutors asked for 46-57 months based on the gravity of the crimes, but Kodak’s lawyers requested less, saying he did some charitable work recently, and because of his guilty plea back in August.

Kodak had admitted to lying on background check forms while buying multiple firearms in two different incidents earlier this year.

Prosecutors say Kodak bought 3 weapons and more than 100 rounds of ammo back in February.

Fortunately no one was hit.

When law enforcement responded to the scene, they found several spent castings and the MPX K Kodak bought in February.

Prosecutors say the weapon they found had Kodak Black’s fingerprints on it,  and a live round in the chamber that jammed during the shooting.
