I’d like to introduce you to Jake Perry. He is the school resource officer at Camden Fairview High School. He felt that it was appropriate to choke this CHILD, to the point of lifting him completely in the air. A non resisting child.

Camden Police Chief Boyd M. Woody (Arkansas) issued a statement that the officer has been “relieved of duty pending an investigation.”
He hasn’t been arrested yet, and is on paid leave while they “investigate.”
The cousin has said that he was in a an argument leading up to this with another student.
