A student who had headphones surgically implanted in his head to cheat got caught cheating.
A man in Pakpattan, Pakistan who was taking an exam was arrested after he was caught cheating during intermediate exams.
Exam supervisors happened to walk by Muhammad Farooq, the man accused of cheating when they heard a beep.
Chairman Hafiz Shafiq, chairman of the Sahiwal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) who was also in the room asked the exam supervisors to frisk Farooq.
Farooq had wound bandages around his neck. When the supervisors removed them they saw a shape that seemed like wiring going from his neck to his head.
They also found that he had hidden a cellphone under his armpit.
When questioned, Farooq told investigators that the local dispenser did surgery work on him by making a few cuts in his neck and head to implant wiring and headphones leading to his ears connected to his cellphone, so someone could feed him answers.
Dr Fida, BISE controller, told reporters that Farooq was handed over to the Pakpattan police. The police arrested the dispenser, and the person on the other end of the phone who was standing outside the examination hall.
