According to the Feds, Kodak Black’s fingerprints were found on a gun used to shoot up a house. The house was filled with children. Multiple witnesses place him at the scene.
TMZ reported that Federal prosecutors are linking Kodak Black to an massive case. The Feds say Kodak Black was involved in a shooting that happened earlier this year.
Prosecutors say Kodak bought 3 weapons and more than 100 rounds of ammo back in February.
Kodak spent $3,518.71 for a Mini Draco pistol, Sig MPX K 9mm pistol and Sig P238 .380 pistol according to the feds.
Prosecutors say after Kodak bought the firearms from the federal firearms licensee in Hialeah, Florida, on March 7th, a Porsche Panamera rented by Kodak drove to Golden Acres in Pompano Beach, and started firing.
According to prosecutors, the house he hit belonged to a rival rapper. The rapper wasn’t home, but the home was instead filled with children.
Fortunately no one was hit.
When law enforcement responded to the scene, they found several spent castings and the MPX K Kodak bought in February.
Prosecutors say the weapon they found had Kodak Black’s fingerprints on it, and a live round in the chamber that jammed during the shooting.
The Porsche he rented was also found abandoned 14 miles away from the scene of the shooting and heavily damaged. Investigators downloaded the SUV’s GPS data, and found that the vehicle was at the scene of the crime, during the time the shooting happened.
It’s reported in documents obtained by TMZ that multiple witnesses place Kodak Black at the scene of the crime.
Kodak Black has not been charged yet, and investigation is ongoing.
