Tekashi has plead “Not Guilty” to the charges.
6ix9ine has a new court date with the Judge, after entering a plea in his federal racketeering case.
6ix9ine is facing 6 counts after being arrested for Racketeering charges, and firearm charges. One of the charges include discharging a firearm while committing a crime. The charge carries a possible life sentence, with a minimum of 25 years in prison.
The charge is one of 2 charges, both carrying a maximum sentence of life in prison. 6ix9ine has plead not guilty to the charges today, Monday 26th 2018.
The judge set his trial date for September 4 2019, and so far all his requests for bail have been denied. At this time, 6ix9ine is set to stay in the facility until September 4th 2019, his court hearing date that the judge set.
His Lawyer Lance Lazzaro, is planning to reapply for bail again to try and get 6ix9ine out until his court date. Tekashi was denied bail the first time when Lazzaro did almost everything in his power to get Tekashi out, by offering $750,000 in bail, surrendering his passport, and staying on house arrest.
The federal authorities believe that 6ix9ine and his crew, which includes his former manager and 2 other members of the “Nine Trey Bloods”, committed an armed robbery on April 3rd, where they robbed a rival gang at gun point.
6ix9ine was moved from prison where he stayed in general population, to a Facility used to house informants. Inmates there were reported to be treating 6ix9ine badly saying he’s getting special treatment. One inmate was reported to have sang a song about a child predator in 6ix9ines ear, because 6ix9ine had been convicted of a child sex crime where he did a sexual performance with a 13 year old.
